While it's probably in the Google TOS
(terms of service), and while I knew my Nexus kept track of its
location, viewimg my motions for any particular day produces an uneasy
feeling. If Google is tracking your location, your data may be available
to you. On the one hand, I like the introspection possibility of the
"automatic diary" created by never-delete Gmail and a Google+ enabled
camera provides, and location history adds another layer to the diary.
On the other hand, that ability for introspection should be personal,
and as everyone knows, once information is on the Internet, it can never
be placed out of sight again. I stumbled onto this mapping service by
accident, and most people are probably not aware of it. This link and
other opportunities for introspection by you and others is available in your Google account history.
