Protein Evolution

Morphometrics is the study of shape, particularly how form changes during evolution of a species. I analyzed protein structures of myoglobin and opsin using morphometrics from related species to learn if speciation is related to structural changes. Developed software suitable for 2d or 3d datasets with related coordinates and entry relationships. Intermediate forms of supplied shapes are viewable to wonder why those shapes are not present.
